Please kindly read the Renea Cruises terms and conditions carefully. On booking online or signing our booking form when making reservation over the phone or by emails, you are deemed to have read and accepted our booking conditions, and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party.

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE PAYMENT

A deposit of 30% – 50% of the total tour price is required upon a confirmation of your booking to secure. Full payment is required depending on the suppliers’ policy or the last minute bookings. Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions.

Your balance can be paid at least 3 days prior to the departure date. We are happy to receive your full payment in cash (VND or USD) or credit card, if you pay by credit cards (visa, master or debit), there is carried 3% for bank charge.

If you do not have time to visit our office in Hanoi, please inform our sales staffs so we can arrange alternative payment method and advise you.

 

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept online payment by credit card with VTCPAY, a secured payment gateway for Master Card, Visa, and Debit Card. We will send you secured payment links once you finalize your booking. Please kindly note that there will be a bank fee of 2.8%, which is not included in the price.

 

PERSONAL properties AND BELONGINGS

Regular, customer’s luggage is being sent directly from harbor to the boat and back by our transfer service. Therefore all of your valuable, fragile or perishable things including your electronic devices (computer, mobile phone, Ipad, digital camera…) money, passports should be kept by your side, in your hand bag. Renea Cruises will not be responsible for any loss or damage with these things stored in packed luggage. Others like clothing, footwear or bulky items you can put in your checked baggage.

When onboard, personal items of value can be stored at the reception. Ensure the receptionist or duty manager acknowledges receipt of your valuables.

In case of loss or damage, you need to report to us immediately and we will check and solve the problem together. Renea Cruises is limited in our liability for customer’s personal belongings.

 

REPORT OF PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE BY GUESTS

The principles of provision of services, liability and stay with Renea Cruises. By signing the registration form, as well as by online bookings, direct bookings or making reservation through travel agencies which are our partners for the stay at Renea Cruises, guests confirm that they have acquainted themselves and accept the terms and conditions hereof. Regulations are binding for all guests staying on the premises of Renea Cruises.  In case of any equipment loss or damage by guests, a report of equipment damage shall be executed. This report shall serve the basis for indemnity to be cashed by the guest, subject to recent price list.

The guests are required to use the property and equipment belonging to Renea Cruises with care, to abide and comply with these rules, fire safety regulations, sanitary standards and public order requirements.

 

INSURANCE

Insurance on board is purchased for passengers due to the requirement of Vietnamese law, and it covers only the basic accidents so we strongly recommend you purchase your own insurance before departing for Vietnam and before joining the cruise with us.

 

PASSENGER’S INFORMATION

Client is requested to submit or send us via email all passenger detail at least 24 hour prior to check-in passengers: Full name, Date of birth, Gender, Nationality, Passport number, Vietnam via expiry date, contact number.
