• Arrival in Halong Bay: 11:30 – 11:45 AM

Pick-up & Drop-off Details

• Hanoi Old Quarter Hotels: We pick up and drop off guests at all hotels located in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Our driver will meet you at your hotel with a sign bearing your name and assist you with your luggage.
• Timing: The exact pick-up time will be shared by our sales and operations team, but please note this is an estimated time. The bus will navigate various streets to pick up other guests, so the timing may vary slightly. Ensure you’ve had breakfast, prepared your luggage, and have your passport ready before the bus arrives.
• Alternative Pick-up Point: If you’re not staying in the Old Quarter, you can head to Hanoi Opera House (01 Trang Tien Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi) for pick-up or office at 07 Tran Phu str (Map Location)
